Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees.

PROCESSING TIME

We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Elnikon. You can find more information on these costs here: http://www.dutycalculator.com. If you refuse the order, Elnikon will not refund you.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is marked as undeliverable, a reshipping fee in the amount of the original shipping cost will be required.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Elnikon is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

RETURNED/ REFUSED ORDERS (US domestic & Canada)

If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.

INSURANCE / LOST PACKAGES

Elnikon is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking your lost package.
