Step 1 || Submit a return request (RMA) to email@example.com.
Step 2 || A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
Step 3 || Returns are processed after being delivered to our Warehouse. An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.
+ Item must not have been used, come in contact with food, washed, or altered.
+ No visible signs of use.
+ The items must be mailed back in their original undamaged packaging with the invoice.
+ Any signs of damage in product, or packaging will nullify refund eligibility.
+ FINAL SALE: Any piece marked as final sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at shop.burgerstomper.com. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
Prepaid return shipping labels
Prepaid return labels may only be used once and will be deducted from the refund amount. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for. Returns MUST be sent back in the box or shipping bag they were received in. Any fees incurred from shipping the package back to us will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns that do not meet our return qualifications will not receive a full refund and be subject to a restocking fee to be assessed based on the condition of the item that was returned. Items can be returned to the customer at their own expense if they choose to do so.
All shipping and handling charges, gift cards, and store credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Lost & damaged returns
We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all directions and send the package back to us properly.
Please obtain a RMA number first by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive instructions on how to return the package to us. We do not send prepaid shipping labels for any return shipments outside of Canada & the USA.
Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.
False claims regarding defective products will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
Defective items must be reported to customer service (burgerstomer.com/warranty) within 24 hours of delivery (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
